Investor Information

Debra has over thirty-five years of professional practice in the combined fields of law, architecture and commercial real estate. She has recently retired from the Seattle law firm she helped build to focus exclusively on Ironridge portfolio development. Debra holds a JD in Law, and two Masters Degrees in Architecture and Urban Planning. She retired with a 20 year AV rating with Martindale Hubbell. She is a professional affiliate with both AIA and AICP credentials.

Erik brings fifteen years experience of syndication, property management, asset management and commercial investment brokerage. Previously, he worked for a boutique Seattle private investment firm and brokered over $175 million in multi-family and land development transactions. In 2010 he left and founded Ironridge Investments with Debra Ricci. He holds a degree in business administration from the University of Washington. Growing up with blueprints on the kitchen table and working on construction sites with his father, Erik has hands on experience to go along with the analytics required to make these investments work.
